Our Mission
BAAN FIVE Muay Thai Gym is a brand-new gym founded in 2026 with the vision of creating a complete, professional Muay Thai training environment. We treat every member like family and pay attention to every detail of training from start to finish.
Our gym offers everything you need for a full Muay Thai experience, including group classes, private sessions, kids classes, ice baths for muscle recovery, and yoga to improve flexibility and relaxation. We provide international-standard Fairtex equipment and dedicated spaces for children, ensuring safe and effective training for everyone.
We warmly welcome both Thai and international members. All of our trainers speak English and foster a friendly, home-like atmosphere, making it easy for newcomers to feel comfortable and confident in Muay Thai training.

The name reflects the founding family — a father, mother, and three children — creating a gym that feels like home. Every member becomes part of the family while enjoying professional, world-class standards.

Ratthasat Maksungnoen (Champ)
Fighter Name: Thammachak Neramit Grandstone
Kru Champ is a former professional Muay Thai fighter with over 200 fights. Throughout his career, he competed at some of Thailand’s most prestigious stadiums, including Rajadamnern Stadium, Lumpinee Boxing Stadium and Asawindam Stadium, as well as in televised bouts on MCOT HD Channel 9.
Competing in the 130-lb division, he gained extensive experience at a high level of professional Muay Thai competition.
Today, Kru Champ works as a Muay Thai coach, helping students build strong fundamentals, improve their physical conditioning and develop discipline and confidence while learning authentic Muay Thai.

Professional Boxer
Sirichok Thong-In (Mai)
Fighter Name: Phetmai Kor. Sonti
Kru Mai is a professional Muay Thai fighter with around 20 professional fights. During his fighting career, he competed in regional team tournaments in Northeastern Thailand and fought at events including MAX Muay Thai and JF Boxing.
He developed his coaching experience at several established Muay Thai camps, including Fairtex Training Center, Luk Baan Yai and Daeng Muay Thai.

Today, Kru Mai works as a Muay Thai coach, focusing on strong fundamentals, effective combinations and physical fitness. His goal is to help students develop practical Muay Thai skills that can be used both in training and for self-defence.

Anwa Okhari (Wa)
Fighter Name: Chamuakphet Sit Luk Khun
Kru Wa is an experienced Muay Thai fighter with around 80 professional fights. He graduated from the Thailand National Sports University, Yala Campus, where he also competed in Muay Thai at university level.
His experience also extends to high-level athlete preparation. He was given the opportunity to assist in the training and preparation of Muay Thai athletes for the SEA Games.
Today, Kru Wa works as a Muay Thai coach with a particularly technical and educational approach. He pays close attention to each student’s movements, regularly correcting technique and ensuring that the fundamentals are properly understood and executed before increasing power or intensity.
His goal is to help students develop precise, efficient and technically sound Muay Thai, regardless of their level.
